Position Summary Responsible for the prompt and courteous response to all incoming call signals, including emergency signals, and paging system. Job Duties: Answers incoming call signals promptly and courteously, in the order in which they are received. Must give progress reports, when caller is waiting on the line (every 0 to 40 seconds).
