I’m moving forward with a new industrial-scale warehouse and need a complete set of plans that integrates reliable temperature control throughout the facility. The core of the job is to translate my space and workflow needs into architectural drawings, structural calculations, and coordinated MEP layouts that will pass local code review and allow us to maintain a stable interior climate year-round. Scope of work • Concept-level site and floor layout based on my footprint and racking plan • Detailed architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings (REVIT or AutoCAD preferred) • Equipment and materials schedule with clear specifications for the temperature-control system (insulation, vapor barriers, chillers/heaters, controls, etc.) • Support during permit submission: respond to reviewer comments or make minor revisions if needed Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings meet the applicable industrial/warehouse codes in my jurisdiction. 2. Temperature-control design holds the setpoint range I provide once loads are modeled. 3. All files are delivered in native CAD format plus PDF plots ready for printing. If you’ve previously designed temperature-controlled warehouses or cold storage spaces, please note any relevant projects and the software you use.
