I’m setting up a new technology startup and require a non-executive director who can step in for the short window needed to get the company formally registered. The entire engagement will run no longer than eight weeks. You must be an Australian citizen able to supply a valid Director ID and any other documentation ASIC may request. Your core responsibility is to lend your directorship during the incorporation phase, sign the necessary forms, and ensure all statutory boxes are ticked so the company is issued its ACN without delay. Deliverables 1. Signed consent to act as director 2. Participation in the initial board resolution approving the constitution and share structure 3. Confirmation of successful ASIC registration and receipt of ACN 4. Formal resignation letter once the transition period ends I handle all professional fees and filing costs; your time commitment is light but reliability is critical.
