I have a concise, two-page set of electrical plans that must carry a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer stamp so I can submit them to the city for permitting. The drawings are complete; what I need from you is a quick review for code compliance, any red-lined corrections if something is off, and the final digital seal and signature applied to the PDF. Because the package is small I expect a fast turnaround—ideally within three business days from the moment you receive the files. Please confirm your active Texas PE number in your proposal and let me know how you prefer to handle the signing process (Bluebeam, Adobe, or another approved platform). I will forward the plans immediately after we agree on the engagement, and I’m happy to answer questions about layout, load calcs, or panel schedules if anything looks unclear during your review.
