I have a collection of text-based data currently stored in Word documents. The job is twofold: first, capture every piece of information with zero transcription errors; second, run a concise analysis so I can immediately act on the findings. Here is what I need from you: • Accurate transfer of the text into a clean, structured format (Excel, CSV or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer). • A short analytical summary highlighting key counts, trends or categories that naturally emerge from the data. • Clear naming and organisation of files so I can cross-check any entry in seconds. Acceptance criteria are simple: the final spreadsheet must match the original documents word-for-word where relevant fields are concerned, and the analytical note should be easy to understand, free of jargon, and delivered alongside the data file. Deadlines are firm and I expect open communication if anything is unclear during the process.
