Request for Customs Broker & Freight Forwarding Services – Thailand to Panama We are looking for an experienced Customs Broker and Freight Forwarding partner based in Thailand to manage the complete export process for multiple international shipments from Thailand to Panama. Scope of Services: * Handle the entire export process from Thailand. * Prepare and manage all required customs and shipping documentation. * Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities. * Arrange international transportation (air or sea freight) to Panama. * Research and recommend the most cost-effective air freight solutions, prioritizing fast transit times and competitive pricing. * Identify low-cost logistics alternatives, including freight consolidation services, warehouse/mailbox (locker) solutions, and strategic distribution hubs that can reduce shipping costs while maintaining efficient delivery times. * Optimize shipping routes and logistics strategies to minimize overall transportation costs. * Ensure compliance with Thai export regulations and Panamanian import requirements. * Provide guidance on HS codes, duties, taxes, and import/export regulations. * Manage customs clearance coordination and any required certifications. * Monitor shipments from origin to destination and proactively resolve any logistics issues. Communication & Reporting Requirements: * Provide copies of all shipping and customs documentation for every shipment. * Keep us informed throughout each stage of the logistics process with regular status updates. * Share tracking information, estimated departure and arrival dates, and immediately communicate any delays or issues. * Maintain clear and timely communication, as we require continuous visibility over every shipment. Business Relationship: This is expected to be a long-term partnership with multiple recurring shipments. We are seeking a reliable logistics partner with strong experience in international exports, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring efficient and reliable deliveries.
