I own three short-term rental homes in different states, and each one needs its own memorable logo. Because every property has a unique personality, I am open to any style—modern, classic, or even vintage—so long as the final mark feels true to that specific home. The key requirement is that each design instantly highlights the property itself; you are welcome to explore house or building silhouettes, initials, text treatments, or abstract shapes if they help tell the story. Deliverables • Three individual, fully vector logos supplied in AI, SVG, and EPS • High-resolution PNG and JPEG files on transparent and coloured backgrounds • A concise style sheet for each logo detailing colour values and fonts I would like to see initial concept sketches for all three properties before moving to color and refinement.
