I have a three-floor residence of roughly 1,000 sq ft total floor area and I need a complete package of structural drawings that a local engineer can stamp and a contractor can build from. All work must follow the “is” design standards exactly as referenced in our region. Scope The package has to cover every structural element of the building: foundation, framing for each of the three floors, and the roofing system. That means full plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and all supporting notes. Key expectations • Accurate member sizing, load paths, and connection details • Clear annotation and call-outs so the drawings are permit-ready • A concise calculation booklet that ties back to the drawings • Files delivered both in editable AutoCAD (.dwg) and print-ready PDF Please factor in any typical live, dead, seismic, and wind loads for a low-rise residential building. If you see alternate approaches that still conform to “is”, feel free to suggest them—I’m open as long as compliance is maintained. Send through a brief outline of your approach, your relevant experience with similar low-rise projects, and one or two sample sheets so I can gauge drawing style and clarity.
