I’m launching a full dropshipping operation through TikTok Shop and need a partner who can both build the store for me and provide clear, step-by-step guidance on how to manage it independently once handed over. Your core task is the complete “back-office” setup: configuring the TikTok Shop dashboard, connecting payment and shipping methods, integrating a reliable supplier app, uploading a first batch of products, arranging fulfilment rules, researching trending products, onboarding TikTok affiliate influencers, and setting up paid media ads. I need technical build-out plus live, practical coaching on day-to-day store management. Here’s how I picture the workflow: • Kick-off call to map out the store architecture, supplier connection, compliance requirements, and influencer strategy. • Hands-on build of the TikTok Shop—pages, catalog, discount settings, policies, analytics, and ad account setup. • Real-time training sessions (screen-share) covering product uploads, order processing, returns handling, ad-ready catalog feeds, troubleshooting, and running paid media campaigns. • A concise written playbook or recorded walkthroughs so I can replicate tasks after our engagement. Additionally: - The freelancer must have prior experience in TikTok dropshipping setups. - They should be able to train me thoroughly so I can manage the store independently. - There’s an option for them to run the store for me after setup if I decide to go that route. - Preference will be given to freelancers with strong reviews and a reputable track record. - Ideally looking for someone from a region with lower hourly rates without compromising quality or output.
