I’m ready to scale our TikTok presence and need a sharp assistant to run the day-to-day growth engine. The core target is simple: drive a surge of new, relevant followers while turning the best prospects into Instagram traffic and future collaborators. Here’s how the workflow breaks down: • Follow / unfollow audiences pulled from specific competitor accounts each day so our profile stays in front of the right people. • Drop my pre-written “work with us” messages into their DMs, then copy-paste every reply into our sheet so nothing slips through the cracks. • Keep the inbox clean by flagging and filtering at least 30 genuinely interested responses every cycle. • Log handles, engagement metrics, and any hot leads into a living database for future campaigns. • Repurpose or post light-edit TikToks I supply (or that you create from provided assets) to keep the content pipeline moving. • After you’re comfortable, I’ll train you to source potential collab partners and funnel the strongest ones over to Instagram for further conversation. Success is measured first by follower growth, then by the quality of leads entering IG and the completeness of the data you capture.
