Built on Google Apps Script with Google Sheets as the backend database, it gives management, HR, and field drivers a role-based interface tailored to their needs. Key features: Executive dashboard — real-time KPIs (revenue, volume, mileage, profitability score) with historical trends, sector rankings, and one-click PDF report generation (management, commercial, sector, and delegate reports) Interactive GPS mapping — visualizes all client pharmacies by sector, with a built-in prospecting radar that scans OpenStreetMap data to surface potential new clients not yet in the client base Route optimization — calculates the shortest delivery route per sector using the OSRM routing engine, with a live checklist of active clients for the day Fleet & workforce management — daily driver attendance tracking, automatic mission-fee calculation by sector, vehicle assignment, and 15-day automated scheduling with configurable driver rotation rules QR-code check-in system — drivers scan a personal badge, a vehicle tag, and a sector QR code to log attendance, sector assignment, and mission fees automatically — no manual data entry required Excel/PDF exports — one-click generation of payroll-ready reports (driver fees, vehicle usage logs, HR summaries) using SheetJS Tech stack: Google Apps Script (backend), Google Sheets (database), Leaflet.js & OpenStreetMap (mapping), Chart.js (analytics), OSRM API (route optimization), SheetJS (Excel export), html2pdf.js (PDF reports), Bootstrap 5.
