I need full TM59 overheating risk assessments for three new-build bungalows. You may work in either DesignBuilder or IES—whichever you are most efficient with—as long as the final output meets CIBSE TM59 compliance requirements. Dwellings are for Social Housing so 100mm max openings, dMEV for the Ventialtion Plot 1 is detached 2bed 4 person, plots 11 and 12 are semi detached Handed 1 bed 2 person Because no thermal models currently exist, the first step will be to create accurate dynamic simulations from the architectural drawings and specification documents I will supply (PDF and DWG). Once the models are in place, run the complete TM59 procedure using the latest CIBSE weather files, report the pass/fail results and highlight any rooms that breach the temperature criteria. If issues arise, please suggest realistic mitigation options. Should this initial package be delivered smoothly, a second site with a further nineteen dwellings will follow under a separate commission, so I am looking for a workflow that can be scaled up. Deliverables: • Editable model files (DB/IES) for each bungalow • TM59 compliance sheets and summary report in PDF • Brief commentary on any required mitigation strategies Please confirm your typical turnaround time and previous experience with TM59 so we can get started right away.
