Tokenized Real Estate Marketplace

I’m building RWAvenue, a web platform where investors can seamlessly buy and sell tokenized real-estate assets. Everything on the site will be blockchain-backed, so each property token must move between wallets as securely and transparently as possible while still feeling as familiar as a traditional e-commerce checkout. The marketplace has two non-negotiable pillars: • rock-solid, end-to-end secure transactions (smart-contract escrow, wallet integration, KYC/AML hooks) • a trustworthy reputation layer with user reviews and ratings tied to wallet history If you can also weave in advanced search and filtering later, great, but the first release lives or dies on those two features. Here’s what I expect as concrete deliverables: 1. Smart-contract suite (Solidity/ERC-721 or a comparable standard) deployed to a testnet, accompanied by clear documentation and a basic audit report. 2. React or Vue front-end that pulls real-time on-chain data, lets users list a property token, and guides buyers through a secure purchase flow. 3. Modular reputation system: after each transaction, counterparties sign an on-chain rating and short review; front-end displays aggregate scores. 4. Admin dashboard for listing approvals, dispute resolution, and fee configuration. 5. Deployment scripts and CI/CD pipeline so I can push updates without touching the internals. Acceptance criteria: every transaction must settle on chain without manual intervention, reviews must be immutable once confirmed, and a demo user should move a token from seller to buyer in under five clicks. Tech stack suggestions are welcome, but experience with Solidity, web3.js or ethers.js, React/Vue, and basic security hardening is essential. If you’ve launched similar asset marketplaces, especially in real estate, let’s talk.
