We are developing RWAvenue, a Web3-based Real-World Asset (RWA) marketplace that enables users to tokenize, trade, auction, and invest in valuable physical assets through blockchain technology. The platform transforms assets such as luxury watches, fine art, collectibles, precious metals, real estate, stocks, bonds, and other high-value assets into secure on-chain digital assets, providing transparent ownership, trusted asset validation, and seamless peer-to-peer transactions. We currently have an MVP and are looking for an experienced developer to help us expand it into a production-ready marketplace. Here is what I'm after: - Develop a modern, responsive web application using React/Next.js (or a similar framework) with a clean and intuitive user experience. - Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL to manage users, assets, marketplace data, and transactions. - Integrate Ethereum/Polygon smart contracts (ERC-721/ERC-1155) for asset tokenization and ownership management. - Implement wallet connectivity (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) and support secure blockchain interactions. - Develop marketplace features, including: * Browse and search tokenized assets * Advanced filtering and sorting * Asset detail pages * User portfolios * Auctions and direct trading - Build an admin dashboard that allows administrators to: * Create and manage asset listings * Upload images and supporting documents * Manage users and permissions * Review and approve asset submissions * Monitor marketplace activity - Integrate decentralized or cloud storage (IPFS, AWS S3, or similar) for asset images and metadata. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern development standards. - Collaborate through GitHub using pull requests and participate in regular code reviews. Acceptance Criteria 1. Users can browse, search, and filter tokenized assets with fast page loading and responsive performance. 2. Each asset has a dedicated detail page displaying images, descriptions, ownership information, and token metadata. 3. Wallet connection and blockchain interactions function correctly on the selected testnet. 4. Administrators can create, edit, approve, and manage asset listings through the admin dashboard. 5. Smart contracts successfully tokenize assets and record ownership on-chain. 6. Marketplace functions, including listing, trading, and auction workflows, operate correctly within the MVP scope. 7. Backend APIs are secure, well-structured, and integrated with PostgreSQL. 8. The project follows best practices for code quality, including ESLint, Prettier, automated testing, and clear documentation. 9. The solution is designed with scalability in mind so future AI-powered features and additional blockchain networks can be integrated without major architectural changes.
