I already have five AI-generated HTML toolkit pages—one for each of my coaching services. Each page contains multiple tabs that let me move between sections and enter information during a session. What I cannot do yet is keep that information once the browser closes. Here is what I need solved: every time I finish a session I want to press “Save”, have the client’s session notes and service-specific details written to a secure database, and be able to pull that record back up the next time we meet. On the front end the tabs and existing input fields should work exactly as they do now; on the back end I need reliable storage plus a quick way to find and filter past records no matter which of the five services they came from. Deliverables • Database schema (MySQL, Postgres, Firebase or a similarly robust choice) set up and connected to my current HTML/JavaScript pages • Code that writes: – session notes – service-specific details to the database when I click Save • Retrieval functions that repopulate the same fields when I open a client record • Search bar with filter options so I can locate a client or narrow results by service • Simple, password-protected admin view where I can browse, edit, or delete records • Clear instructions so I can deploy the solution on my hosting environment and maintain it going forward Keep the user experience seamless; I do not want the layout or flow of the existing toolkits disturbed—just the invisible layer that turns them into true client files.
