The development contains between 10 and 50 individual units, and the main purpose of the assessment is to satisfy building-permit and building-code requirements rather than simply lowering monthly utility costs. Your report must: • follow current provincial and municipal Step-Code guidelines, • include blower-door testing, thermal imaging, and detailed envelope analysis for each unit, • provide the official EnerGuide rating and all supporting documentation ready for submission with permit applications, and • outline practical upgrade recommendations that keep future efficiency improvements in mind.
