My friend’s Instagram account was taken over and the attacker replaced the registered phone number and email with his own. I need a licensed or well-credentialed private investigator experienced in Instagram-related cyber incidents who can legally trace the individual behind the new email address and uncover the originating IP or other identifiers I can present in an FIR. Here is what I can already supply: the replacement email address now attached to the compromised profile, screenshots of the account before and after the breach, and the exact time stamps when control was lost. I have no direct server-side logs, so you may need to rely on OSINT techniques, lawful data-request procedures, or collaboration with Instagram’s security team. Your work should culminate in: • A concise written report identifying the likely perpetrator or, at minimum, the IP addresses, geolocation data, or other traceable artefacts that link to the email in question. • A clear explanation of your methodology so the evidence can be accepted by local law-enforcement agencies. • Any supporting screenshots, headers, or subpoena-ready documentation. Please outline your recommended approach, estimated timeline, and any specific information you will need from me beyond what I have listed. I am uploading the screenshots of the incident when it first happened, when the number & email ID got replaced, when account ID was changed.
