I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a traditional-style barndominium. The total area is 6600 square feet, and it's designed for residential use. Essential elements include: - Open-plan living area - 1320 square ft breezeway - 1320 square ft second attached building with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths Ideal skills and experience: - Expertise in traditional architecture - Experience with large residential projects - Strong understanding of open-plan layouts and breezeways Please provide a portfolio with similar work. Draw me a floor plan and an exterior sketch of A steel 3960 square-foot home with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms with one of those bathrooms being a large, handicapped accessible bathroom. A sitting room, a conservatory/office, open kitchen, living room, dining room area with walk in pantry off the kitchen. With an entire view of A 1320 square foot breezeway even with main living area off the kitchen, living room, dining room to look through. A second steel building on other side of breezeway parallel to main house that is 1320 square feet, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and game/entertainment room. An in-ground swimming pool approx 20x40 feet with patio deck around it and lanai off side of building by master bedroom suite. A front patio that is 25x10. Back patio 35x40 that spans breeze way through master bedroom/suite. We would like Smart/better flow from bedrooms, full view to breezeway from kitchen dining and living areas.
