I need a set of photorealistic architectural renderings that bring two companion structures on my property to life: a small, stand-alone exercise building and a canopy that shelters an outdoor seating, entertainment, and kitchen zone. The look I’m after is unmistakably traditional, yet crisp, with painted wood trim, smooth stucco wall surfaces, and a light steel framework tying everything together. You will be working from fully dimensioned plans and a batch of preliminary SketchUp views that already establish the basic massing and the kitchen layout. The outdoor kitchen must clearly show the built-in grill station, generous sink with countertop prep space, and an under-counter refrigerator exactly where they appear on my drawings. Deliverables • 3–4 high-resolution stills of each structure, including at least one perspective that shows both together • Native 3-D model file (SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent) plus an OBJ or FBX export • One dusk or evening scene to illustrate lighting under the canopy • Up to one revision cycle after the first draft Acceptance criteria: textures must convincingly represent wood grain, stucco finish, and painted steel; appliance details in the outdoor kitchen read cleanly; all key dimensions match the supplied plans within 2 %.
