I need detailed remodeling plans for an enclosed (screened) raised concrete deck. The current structure has brick columns and steel support. The deck will be used primarily as a relaxation space. Requirements: - Traditional style matching exsiting structure - Plans should include structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Ideal skills and experience: - Experience in home design and remodeling - Strong understanding of traditional design elements - Knowledge of structural support and materials (concrete, brick, steel) Please provide comprehensive and creative design solutions. I have attached PDF of original design documentation. We will be extending the porch to end of house and enclosing similar to screen porch on driveway side of house. We will be adding hardscaping and landscaping detail.
