I have a stack of handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, searchable digital text. You’ll receive high–resolution scans and, in a few cases, phone-captured images of notebook pages. Your main responsibility is data entry through careful transcription—nothing else at this stage. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I still aim for a reasonable turnaround on each batch so my team can begin using the material right away. I’ll supply a simple style guide (spelling conventions, file-naming, and a couple of shorthand terms you’ll see repeatedly) and a template in either Google Docs or Excel—whichever you’re most comfortable with. Deliverables • Fully transcribed text matching the order of the original pages • Files returned in the agreed template, free of spelling errors • Highlighted uncertainties or illegible parts flagged for quick review If you have solid experience reading varied handwriting styles and can keep the confidentiality of project notes, I’d like to work with you.
