Transcribe Notes: Text, Excel, LaTeX

Descripción de la oferta
I have a collection of short handwritten note sets—none longer than five pages—that I need converted into clean, editable digital files. Each set mixes standard prose with a few simple tables or charts and the occasional mathematical equation. My goal is to keep the original structure intact while ending up with plain-text files I can edit freely. Here’s how I see the workflow. For every batch you receive, you will transcribe the running text into a UTF-8 .txt document, retaining all headings, bullet points, and line breaks exactly where they belong. Any table or small chart that appears on the page should be lifted out and rebuilt in an accompanying Excel spreadsheet so the rows, columns, and any basic formulas mirror what I sketched. Finally, every handwritten equation must be rendered in LaTeX code so I can drop it straight into a paper later without retyping. Deliverables for each note set: • one .txt file containing the full transcribed text, with placeholders referencing each table or chart’s filename • one .xlsx file holding all tables/charts from that set, laid out to match the original handwriting • LaTeX code for each equation, either inline in the text file or in a small appendix at the bottom—whichever keeps the document easiest to read I’ll scan and share the notes as high-resolution PDFs; you return the three components above, labelled consistently so I can track what belongs where. Accuracy in spelling, punctuation, cell alignment, and symbol reproduction is critical, so please pay close attention to diacritics, subscripts, and superscripts. If this approach is clear, let me know your estimated turnaround per five-page bundle along with any questions about format or notation.
