I’m building a Swiggy-style ecosystem made up of three separate, but connected, mobile apps that must run smoothly on both Android and iOS. What I need built • Customer app – its core job is letting users browse nearby shop menus and place orders with as few taps as possible. Smooth onboarding, location detection, cart, checkout, multiple payment options, and a live order status bar are all essential. • Shopkeeper app – owners should see incoming orders instantly, change order status as they prepare them, and adjust their inventory or prices on the fly. Push alerts for every new order and a simple dashboard for product edits are vital. • Delivery-partner app – riders get real-time order updates, in-app navigation with route optimisation, and a clean earnings/performance screen that refreshes automatically after each drop-off. Core expectations • Single code-base approach (Flutter or React Native preferred) so both platforms stay in sync. • Scalable back-end (Node.js, Firebase, Laravel or equivalent) with REST/GraphQL APIs for all three apps plus an optional web admin panel. • Clean, well-commented source code, ready for hand-off to my in-house maintenance team. • End-to-end testing: unit, integration and device testing on the latest Android 13 and iOS 17 builds. • Full deployment support to Google Play and Apple App Store, including TestFlight/closed testing setup. Acceptance criteria 1. All three apps install and run error-free on current Android & iOS versions. 2. Customer can place an order, shopkeeper receives and fulfils it, delivery partner completes the drop-off, and every status change reflects across all apps in under two seconds on a 4G connection. 3. Inventory edits from the shopkeeper panel sync to customers within one refresh. 4. Rider navigation selects the fastest route at least 90 % of the time (using Google Maps or Mapbox SDK). 5. Admin panel exports consolidated daily reports for orders, commissions and rider payouts.
