The job is strictly about clean cutting and trimming—no colour grading, effects, or motion graphics are necessary unless you feel a very light transition will genuinely help the flow. The aim is a smooth narrative: remove slip-ups, tighten pauses, keep the energy consistent, and ensure audio stays in sync after every cut. I’d like the final video delivered in 1080p H.264, along with the editable project file if you’re working in Premiere Pro or an XML/AAF if you prefer DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
