I’m expanding a nationwide trucking-insurance platform and need a full-stack engineer who already speaks the language of policies, endorsements and filings. Your immediate mission is to refine and extend our certificate generation module so every COI that leaves the system is accurate to the penny and to the minute. Day-to-day you will push React and React-Native front-ends, wire new endpoints in Express, and shape data in PostgreSQL. The goal is to let an underwriter hit “Issue” and watch the system: • create the certificate automatically, • apply the correct custom template for that motor carrier, and • hand the finished PDF and data payload to the downstream integrations that agents rely on. Bringing deep domain insight is critical; I don’t have time to explain the difference between MCS-90 and an additional-insured endorsement, and I expect you to spot coverage_accuracy gaps before they hit production. Acceptance criteria 1. A certificate can be generated from a live policy in under five seconds, with all limits and insured information pulled directly from the policy schema. 2. Template logic selects the right layout without manual intervention, yet remains editable through an admin UI. 3. Issuance events are posted to our REST webhook so partner systems receive them in real time. 4. Every generated document passes our QA diff against master templates with zero variance.
