I have a 2 000 cc Turbo Smart power-plant in a custom motorcycle and I want it to deliver noticeably more horsepower without sacrificing everyday reliability. The focus is squarely on increased horsepower, and I’m convinced the right mix of a turbocharger upgrade, precise engine tuning, and a high-performance exhaust system will get us there. Your role is to analyse the current set-up, choose (or design) the best parts, and supply calibration files that unlock the power safely. I’m happy to discuss compressor maps, AFR targets, ignition timing, and any supporting mods you feel are critical to make the numbers stick on the dyno as well as on the road. Real-world testing matters to me, so any recommendation needs to factor in heat management and long-term durability. Deliverables • Parts list and specs covering the turbocharger upgrade, ECU/engine tuning solution, and complementary high-performance exhaust. • Step-by-step installation and calibration plan, including required tools (Dynojet, ECUFlash, Power Commander or equivalents). • Final dyno sheet proving the horsepower gain, with baseline and post-tune curves clearly labelled.
