I need a freelance recruiter based in Turkey who can quickly source and screen mid-level talent for two key call-center roles: customer service representatives and technical support staff. Every candidate you present must speak Turkish and English fluently and have proven experience handling live calls in a structured contact-center environment. What I expect from you: • A clear sourcing strategy tailored to the Turkish market (job boards, LinkedIn, local networks, etc.). • Shortlists of pre-screened candidates, complete with résumés, salary expectations, and your screening notes. • Coordination of first-round interviews and smooth hand-off to our internal hiring panel. Success is measured by the number of qualified, bilingual candidates who reach our final interview stage and accept an offer.
