I’m looking to have a small cross-platform application built that helps me spot and stop television fraud in real time. The core requirement is a lightweight program that runs smoothly on both Android (as an APK) and Windows, continuously monitoring incoming TV signal data or usage logs and flagging anything suspicious the moment it happens. Essential features • Real-time monitoring dashboard that visualizes anomalies as they occur. • Instant in-app alert the second potential fraud is detected. • Simple configuration panel so I can adjust thresholds or data sources without digging into code. Nice-to-have (if it fits naturally into your workflow) • An export button that saves a quick summary report for later review. • Modular structure that lets me bolt on deeper reporting or extra alert channels in the future. Tech flexibility I’m open to the language or framework you prefer—as long as you can package one version as an Android APK and another as a Windows executable, and both share the same core logic. If you plan to use familiar stacks like Kotlin + JavaFX, Flutter, Electron, or .NET MAUI, just let me know in the proposal so I can understand maintenance implications. Deliverables 1.
