I have a set of printed forms that need to be converted into an editable digital file. Each form contains both text and numerical data that must be transcribed exactly as shown, preserving original layout and spelling. Scope of work: • Type all visible text and numbers from the printed forms into a clean, well-structured Word or Excel document—whichever keeps the columns and fields clear. • Double-check for typos, misplaced decimals, and missing characters; accuracy is critical. • Keep the formatting simple but consistent so the fields can be searched or copied later. I will supply high-resolution scans of the forms. Simply return the final file plus a brief note confirming total page count and any illegible areas you encounter.
