I am establishing an online store and I’m looking for a UAE-based personal assistant who can jump in remotely for a few hours each day and keep the business side of things flowing. The priority is administrative support: you will own my inbox, draft and send correspondence on my behalf, and chase up suppliers, couriers, government entities or any other party involved in the store’s operations until each thread is closed. Beyond email management, I’ll lean on you for whatever the business needs in the moment—setting up new vendor accounts, updating product listings, checking that orders are moving through the system, or giving our social channels a quick refresh when time allows. In other words, if it helps establish or run the store, I’ll likely ask for it. You should already feel at home with common e-commerce dashboards (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or Noon), Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets. Strong written English is essential; Arabic is a welcome bonus. Because we’re in the same time zone, I expect quick turnarounds during UAE business hours, but the work itself is fully online and part-time, so you can structure it around other commitments. Deliverables I measure: • Zero-backlog inbox and a daily summary of pending items • Timely follow-ups logged with outcomes • A concise weekly status report on orders, supplier interactions and any issues that need my decision If you’re organised, resourceful and already living in the UAE, let’s talk.
