I need an experienced strategy or management consultant to take full ownership of the preparation of an investment feasibility study for an Agricultural Multirotor UAV business in Saudi Arabia. The consultant will independently manage the project from start to finish. The project will be delivered in three stages: Stage 1: Market research, project methodology, and work plan. Stage 2: Draft feasibility study, including market assessment, manufacturer comparison, regulatory assessment, business model, operating model, and high-level financial analysis. Stage 3: Final feasibility study, financial model, executive business plan, and investor presentation after incorporating feedback. The consultant is expected to conduct independent research. Any information I provide, such as local market insights, meeting notes, or manufacturer documents, should be treated as supplementary information rather than the primary source. Required deliverables: - Feasibility study in Word - Financial model in Excel - Executive presentation in PowerPoint Experience in feasibility studies, management consulting, AgTech, UAVs, financial modelling, or the Saudi market is preferred. Please include examples of similar work, your proposed methodology, expected timeline, and fixed-price quotation.
