**Project Title:** Website Designer (UI/UX) – AUS Property Funds Management Company **Skills Required:** Web Design, UI/UX Design, Figma, Financial Website Design, Responsive Design, Adobe XD (optional), WordPress Design (Elementor) **Project Description:** FivePearls Funds Management Pty Ltd is an Australian property funds management company looking for a skilled website designer to create investor-facing designs for our website (fivepearls.com.au). **Important:** We already have a developer for implementation. This project is design-only (mockups/UI/UX) — no coding or build work required. We need a designer who understands the trust, compliance, and professionalism expectations of the Australian financial services / funds management sector. Our website is a key touchpoint for wholesale and retail investors, so the design must feel credible, polished, and aligned with AFSL-regulated industry standards — not a generic template look. **Scope of Work:** - Design high-fidelity mockups for key pages: homepage, fund pages, investor portal landing pages - Design clear investor journey flows (lead capture, fund information, portal access) - Create a cohesive visual style: typography, color palette, imagery direction suited to financial/property services - Deliver fully responsive designs (desktop + mobile) - Provide clean design specs/handoff files for our developer - Suggest refinements to existing brand elements (logo usage, icons, layout patterns) **Requirements:** - Prior experience designing for Australian financial services, funds management, or investment firms — please share relevant portfolio samples - Strong portfolio in fintech, property, or investment-sector design - Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools - Understanding of compliance-conscious design (AFSL/ASIC-aware tone, disclaimer placement, risk language visibility) - Strong communication skills; comfortable working across time zones (AEST) **Preferred (Not Mandatory):** - Experience designing for WordPress/Elementor sites for smoother developer handoff - Familiarity with CRM-integrated or investor portal UX **To Apply, Please Submit:** 1.
