Title: Virtual Assistant for UK STEM Education Business (Admin, Scheduling, Parent Comms) Description: I run a growing STEM education business delivering after-school clubs and weekend classes for children across Worcestershire, UK. As we scale, I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to take ownership of day-to-day admin and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with parents and schools in a friendly, professional manner. EU BASED ONLY Key Responsibilities: - Managing parent communications (WhatsApp, email follow-ups, responding to enquiries) - Sending booking confirmations and reminders - Updating and maintaining attendance lists and registers - Basic data entry (student lists, class tracking, payments) - Supporting with scheduling of classes and instructors - Posting and monitoring basic social media content (Facebook/Instagram) - Following up with leads from demo sessions - Preparing simple documents (forms, lists, summaries) Weekly Workload: - Approx. 5–10 hours per week initially (likely to grow) - Flexible hours, but some availability between 3pm–7pm UK time preferred Requirements: - Excellent written English - Highly organised and responsive - Experience with admin or VA work - Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email - Ability to follow processes and improve them over time Nice to Have: - Experience working with schools, parents, or education businesses - Basic social media or marketing experience What I’m Looking For: I don’t just want someone to “do tasks” — I want someone who can take ownership, spot gaps, and make things run smoother without constant input.
