Our staff and students cannot open a brand-new educational website when they are connected to the school’s office Wi-Fi. Every device—laptops, tablets and phones—shows the same “error connection loading” message, so the problem is clearly network-side rather than user-side. The site works perfectly once we switch to mobile data or an external network. I need a network specialist who can quickly diagnose why this single educational domain is being blocked or timing out inside our LAN/WLAN and apply a clean, permanent fix. Whether it involves firewall rules, DNS filtering, SSL inspection, proxy settings or VLAN segmentation, I’m looking for clear root-cause identification and a working solution that lets the page load normally on all devices while keeping our existing security policies intact. Deliverables: • Identify the exact point of failure (router, firewall, DNS, content filter, etc.). • Implement or guide us through the corrective change. • Provide a short write-up so we can document the adjustment for future reference.
