No style unification is required—just mirror what is already there. From those same texts, pull out the information that sits beneath specific headings or keywords I will supply (e.g., “Client Name”, “Invoice No.”, “Total Due”). Place each captured field on a single row in a master Excel workbook, one column per heading so the data can be filtered and analysed later.
