Unreal Engineer for Mechanics Prototype

Descripción de la oferta
I am in the early conceptual stage of a new game and I want to shape its core feel before anything else. The project will be built in Unreal Engine, so every idea must be proven inside the editor—either through Blueprints, C++, or a sensible mix of both. Your primary mission is to define, iterate, and demonstrate the fundamental game mechanics. Think of camera behaviour, input flow, movement physics, basic interaction, and any underlying systems that make these actions feel polished and responsive. Art, levels, and final effects can wait; right now the goal is to walk away with a rock-solid prototype that shows the moment-to-moment gameplay is fun and technically sound. Deliverables (all source files included): • Playable Unreal project showcasing the agreed-upon mechanics • Clean, well-commented Blueprint/C++ scripts • A short document explaining key systems, assumptions, and next-step recommendations I am happy to jump on regular calls, share design references, and test each build as you push it. If you love rapid iteration, can spot edge-case bugs before I do, and enjoy turning abstract ideas into something tactile on screen, let’s get started.
