Update and vectorise our logo

I have a company logo, but I only have a poor quality jpg version of it. I'm looking to modernise the logo, remove the website address from it and get it in a vector file, jpeg, png and pdf versions. Current logo attached. Happy with colour scheme, but it could do with modernisation and simplification.
