I need to bring 4 key documents up to date, starting with our architecture file. That one requires a thorough, fresh-eyes review—new data-flow diagrams, an accurate component breakdown, and tighter security-protocol sections. I haven’t drafted any changes yet, so you’ll analyse the current version, flag gaps, suggest improvements, and then rewrite. When the architecture is airtight, the SOC 2 controls matrix and GDPR compliance brief must follow suit so every document tells the same story and passes external scrutiny. Deliverables • Revised architecture document with updated diagrams, component descriptions, and security measures • Refreshed SOC 2 document aligned to the new architecture and latest audit guidance • Updated GDPR document mapping data handling to revised flows • Concise change log for all three We’ll collaborate in Google Docs and Lucidchart (Visio is fine if you prefer).
