I have an approved set of site plan and section drawings in PDF only, and I now need them redrawn so they reflect several design tweaks required for a Section 4.55 (1a) modification under NSW Planning legislation. The scope is straightforward but must be precise: • Redraw the current PDF drawings into CAD or similar , matching all existing dimensions and notations. • Incorporate a design-altered portico entrance, the realigned pedestrian pathways, new retaining walls, and revised landscaping as per my mark-ups. Updated Engineering Drawings and Design for the retaining wall, suspended slab will be supplied Accuracy is critical because the revised files will be lodged with Council; line weights, title-blocks, north points, and DA stamps must mirror the originals. Please supply the updated files in both DWG and print-ready PDF formats so they can slot straight into the submission package. If you regularly work in AutoCAD or Revit and understand NSW DA drawing conventions, this should be a quick turn-around task. Let me know your timeframe and any clarifications you need.
