I own Devilal Bus Body Work in Nagpur and I’m ready to push our shop to the next level. The immediate goal is to strengthen our bus body fabrication for greater durability while introducing eye-catching custom design elements our clients keep asking for. Alongside that, I want to revamp the paint and touch-up line with better quality paints, a broader custom-color palette, and finishes that hold their gloss far longer on India’s roads. Here’s what I need from you: Deliverables • Detailed improvement plan for the fabrication process, covering materials, structural tweaks, and proven durability gains • Modular design templates or CAD drawings that let us add unique styling without delaying production • Paint-shop upgrade roadmap: recommended products, equipment specs, and SOPs to achieve longer paint life with consistently rich colour • Bill of materials and supplier list that can be sourced easily in or around Maharashtra • Training material (video call, on-site session, or clear documentation) so my technicians can adopt the new methods fast Acceptance criteria • Demonstrated durability boost—at least 20 % higher corrosion or fatigue resistance backed by data sheets or test references • Ability to offer five new design variations without extending current build time • Paint system backed by a five-year gloss-retention or performance warranty from the manufacturer SolidWorks or AutoCAD drawings, clear process documents in PDF/Excel, and any relevant paint chemistry spec sheets will keep everything organised. If you’ve optimised coach or commercial-vehicle bodies before, know your way around structural steel, aluminium, FRP composites, and modern polyurethane or poly-urea coatings—and can tailor practical solutions for a busy shop like mine—let’s talk.
