Urgent: A0 Map Design for Print — Grid Overlay + Layout Clean-Up (24hr turnaround)

I have a source map PDF (A4 size, produced in ESRI ArcMap) that needs preparing for A0 large-format print. I will supply the PDF after project award. The work involves five specific tasks: Scale to A0 — resize and resample to 841 × 1,189 mm portrait. Minimum 150 dpi at final size is acceptable (wall map, viewed at 1–2 metres). Clean up margins — remove the boundary coordinate table (numbered longitude/latitude listing on the right side), disclaimer text, and source attribution. Retain: map body, title, legend, north arrow, scale bar, and regional inset map. Add alphanumeric grid overlay (vector layer) — 7 columns (A–G, west to east) and 10 rows (1–10, north to south). Grid lines: white/light blue, 0.4–0.5 pt, 20–25% opacity. Column and row labels in solid dark navy header bands (~15 mm), white bold text, minimum 14 pt. Reformat title band — dark navy background band at top of map. Line 1: "Dungonab Bay – Mukkawar Island Marine National Park". Line 2: "DBMNP Area Map — Workshop Reference, July 2026". White text. Export print-ready PDF — CMYK, all fonts embedded, 3 mm bleed on all sides. Deliverables: (1) digital soft proof for my approval, then (2) final print-ready PDF. Timeline: 48 hours from project award. Please only bid if you can meet this deadline. Budget: Fixed price. This is approximately a 2–4 hour job for an experienced designer.
