I have a set of tray panel drawings in PDF that include every dimension, hole position, bend line and tolerance we need. All I’m missing is the actual NC code for my Trumatic 500 punching machine. Using the machine’s standard tool library is fine—nothing special or custom is required—so the task should be straightforward for anyone experienced with Trumpf software or compatible CAM packages such as TruTops or similar. The job is urgent: I’m ready to send the PDFs immediately and I’d like the finished program back today if possible. This is a small run, roughly an hour’s work for the right person, but accuracy is critical; the code must match the toleranced drawings so the first hit on the press is correct. Deliverable: • NC program (properly sequenced and optimized for a Trumatic 500) • Post-processed file ready to load, along with a simple run sheet noting tool stations and material call-outs I’ll be online to answer questions in real time and can test the file on the machine as soon as you hand it over. If everything checks out, payment is released immediately and there’s likely more work to follow.
