What you’ll be reviewing • Lease agreements and all written communication with the landlord • Receipts and other payment records that show my rent history • Photos and videos documenting the current state of the rental • A diary and supporting materials that prove continuous, ongoing harassment from the downstairs neighbor Your task Study every piece of evidence, identify any violations or misconduct that could halt or delay the eviction, and explain how strong those points are under applicable tenant-landlord law. I need a concise, actionable memo that: 1. Summarizes the relevant facts you find in the documents 2. Cites the statutes or case law those facts could leverage 3. Recommends my best next steps—whether that is filing a motion, requesting mediation, or something else entirely Turnaround: 24 hours from the moment I upload the files.
