NOTE: THIS JOB IS TO BE DONE OVER VIDEO/SHARE-SCREEN CALLS. My QuickBooks Online file spans several years (FY22 - FY26) and, while the data was entered and been fixed up, it has never been fully finished. I need a skilled bookkeeper to dive in immediately (with me on a call for a few hours - perhaps a few calls), reconcile every sales, expense, and payroll transaction, and make sure the file is rock-solid before I pass it on to my accountant. Scope of work • Review and reconcile all sales, expense, and payroll entries across multiple fiscal years. • Correct any mis-codings, duplicate postings, or unreconciled items so the registers match bank, credit-card, and payroll source records. • Ensure chart-of-accounts consistency from year to year. Deliverables 1. A clean, balanced QBO file ready for accountant review. 2. Final Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement for each fiscal year in both PDF and Excel/CSV. 3. How rent and share trading has been treated and to adjust if needed 4. A brief summary of key adjustments made and any outstanding issues the accountant should know about. Timing is critical - I need the review wrapped up quickly so tax prep can begin without delay. If you are confident working inside QuickBooks Online and can jump on this right away, I will share accountant-access credentials and supporting statements as soon as we agree on the engagement.
