Structural Engineer Needed – Pre-Purchase Residential Structural Evaluation (Hampton, VA) Property Location: Hampton, VA 23669 Project Overview I am under contract to purchase a residential property in Hampton, Virginia, and have completed a professional home inspection. The inspection identified several structural concerns that require evaluation by a Virginia-licensed Structural Engineer before I proceed with the purchase. This is a pre-purchase structural assessment, and I need an independent engineering opinion to determine the extent of the structural issues and identify the repairs necessary to restore the home’s structural integrity. Time is critical.
