You must have setup fully automated social media accounts on Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Meta, X - both carousal and video. End-to-end automation. We use python, pillow, cron, VPS, vista social, deepseek and VDM (emulator) as part of our stack to create. It creates the visuals, text, captions, hashtabs, publishing schedule etc - fully automated. However you did not to figure out how to add music automatically and to prompt until the desired outcome is created (particularly with video). I'll be upfront, if you haven't done this before, I would prefer not to hire you as this will be consider learning/testing time on your side. You will need to: 1. Refine the content prompts following the visual designs in Figma (carousals + statics) and video generation prompts using the graphic elements we provide. You will need to refine them until they're producing the perfect output. 2. You will be using a very light weight VPS based system that runs with minimal tools and steps to produce the desired result. You must provide an architectural document and manual for the Virtual Assistant to manage each account. 2. Example of frequency (eComm account): In the first 3 weeks the account will post 1-2 posts every second day, at random business hours. After week 3 it will post 3-6 posts per day. 4. We have over 30 accounts requiring automation across multiple platforms. Your job is to get it done ASAP using an architecture that can scale/be easily maintained by a non-technical Virtual Assistant. To manage all accounts we will need a dashboard to be able to visualise the pipeline of each account so we can identify if anything breaks and so we can quickly access the key pages and fix it. I have several other business automation projects between this but his is the most important/time sensitive project that needs immediate attention. Process: 1. Provide samples of your social media automation work 2. Provide a process map of your architecture 3. Once reviewed, if satisfactory, you'll be interviewed (video call). 4. If you pass, we'll hire you for 2 accounts as part of a paid trial. 4. If successful we'll award the rest of the work you (30+ accounts). Note: We do need a dedicated individual to deliver these accounts, not working other jobs until the work is done. Please manage your time accordingly. Please understand we are not going to be changing the hourly bid once it is placed and we expect an experienced individual to take 5-6 hours for the first accounts on each platform and even less hours for subsequent accounts (as they all use the existing architecture) to create each account including feedback and approval cycles to present the video/carousal and final outputs. Each account is set price or capped hours, so please your hourly rate, we ask you to estimate the work (transparent and honest pricing only) and we'll size the accounts (some are carousals only - easier, others are video only - more time required).
