Every day I release a queue of mixed tasks and rely on a small, agile team of five virtual assistants to close them out the same day—ideally without lengthy back-and-forth. The scope spans routine administrative support, front-line customer care, and light outreach work, all handled in fluent, natural-sounding English. Administrative flow includes data entry in Google Sheets, calendar scheduling, and thorough email management. On the customer-facing side, incoming tickets arrive through Zendesk-style email and live-chat panels; clear, friendly replies and tidy transcripts are essential. When sales or marketing calls for it, cold email campaigns and basic social media touchpoints round out the workload, so creativity and confident writing matter. Each assistant is paid a flat USD 500 per month. Work is tracked through a shared dashboard, and I provide SOPs, response templates, and a brief daily stand-up to keep priorities aligned. Deliverables • Same-day completion of all assigned tickets and tasks • End-of-day summary report in the provided template • Consistent inbox-zero and CSAT goals met or exceeded Comfort with common remote-work tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, basic CRM/help-desk platforms) will make onboarding swift.
