I need a fresh, accurate lead list that zeroes in on medium-sized companies across the United States, primarily in the construction space and other business-services verticals. Within each firm I want direct contacts for the people who actually influence or control money: • Accountants • CEOs • Owners The file should be delivered in CSV or Excel and include, at minimum: company name, website, city / state, contact name, title, verified work email, direct phone (when available), and LinkedIn URL. I will quickly spot-check a sample, so aim for 95 %+ valid emails—hard bounces will need to be replaced. If you already have trusted tools or databases (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) that speed things up, feel free to use them; what matters most is accuracy and recency. Please indicate roughly how many qualified records you can supply and your turnaround time when you respond.
