US/Canada/Brazil Software Developer Needed

I’m putting together a new software project and want to team up with a developer who is currently based in the United States, Canada, or Brazil. Geography matters on this one because I need quick, overlap-friendly communication throughout the build, as well as a solid grasp of user expectations in these markets. The assignment itself is pure software development: planning, coding, debugging, and guiding the product all the way to a production-ready release. I already have functional requirements and an initial architecture outline; once we connect, I’ll walk you through the details, milestones, and repo access so we can start iterating immediately.
