Title: Software Developers The Role This is not a customer support or cold-calling job. We are hiring an elite technical communicator from Latam or Eastern Europe to act as the live voice and face for US-based professional profiles. Your main job is to clear high-level technical interviews and lead corporate meetings for US Software Engineering roles. You will be representing a US persona, so your communication skills must be flawless. Salary USD 2,500 – USD 3,500 per month (Based entirely on your accent and fluency). Requirements (Strict) - Perfect English Accent (Priority #1): Native or near-native American/Neutral accent. Zero local accent/MTI. Technical skills can be supported, but your voice must be bulletproof. - Technical Knowledge: An engineering or IT background. You must be able to talk about coding and software concepts confidently. - Timing: Must be able to work strictly during US business hours. - Confidence: Ability to think on your feet and handle high-pressure interview questions smoothly.
